1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ape77 website accessible at ape77.one and all associated services, applications, software, and content made available by ape77.
• "ape77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and all of its licensed subsidiaries and affiliates.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin winnings, cashback awards, or other incentive balances credited to an Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedure required under ape77's compliance obligations.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2 Eligibility

Use of the ape77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. ape77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all services. Individuals under 21 are expressly prohibited from registering or accessing the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited or unlawful as it applies to you personally as an individual user.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ape77 or any of its affiliated companies, game studios, or payment processors.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account that has been suspended, blocked, or closed by ape77 for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games, the sportsbook, and all other Platform services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions govern Account registration:

• Each Player may hold only one Account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a strong password at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All information submitted during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• ape77 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• You must notify ape77 immediately at support@ape77.one if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer access to your Account to any third party.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ape77 is required under its international operating standards to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to activating full Account functionality. The KYC process requires the following:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A document issued within the last three months confirming your current residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account displaying your registered name).

ape77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

All documents submitted are processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for verification purposes.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ape77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although ape77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a case-by-case basis.
• Accepted deposit methods include direct bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits funded through methods other than those listed above will not be accepted and may be subject to return fees.
• ape77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and the originating Account may be reviewed.
• Deposit processing times are subject to the policies of your bank or e-wallet provider. ape77 targets a credit time of under 60 seconds for e-wallet deposits and under 15 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ape77 Account holder. ape77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard KYC verification prior to processing. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours pending review; subsequent withdrawals for verified Accounts are targeted for processing within 15 minutes during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• ape77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for withdrawal requests that exceed internally defined thresholds.
• Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus is in progress may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and its associated winnings, as detailed in Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ape77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific Wagering Requirements published at the time the bonus is offered. The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless the individual promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated while a bonus is active are held separately from your real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is played first; Bonus Funds are applied once the real-money Balance reaches zero, unless the bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses using duplicate Accounts, VPNs, or shared devices in a coordinated manner constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• ape77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any pending bonus, or adjust Wagering Requirements at any time without prior notice in cases where abuse or exploitation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Only games specified in the individual bonus terms contribute toward Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate as stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses have a standard expiry period of 14 calendar days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• ape77 employees, contractors, and their close family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offers.

7 Gameplay & Sportsbook Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, and sportsbook markets on ape77 are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where individual rules are more specific to a particular game mechanic.

• Casino Games: All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are final once the game round completes. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer outcomes are determined in real time by the actions of the live dealer and associated physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel, dice). ape77 is not liable for errors made by third-party live dealer studio operators, although ape77 will reasonably endeavor to resolve disputes escalated in accordance with the process in Section 15.
• Sportsbook: All sports bets are accepted subject to ape77's sportsbook rules and the terms of the relevant market. ape77 covers BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures including Piala AFF, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and over 20 additional markets. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed, odds are locked at the accepted rate.
• Void Bets: ape77 reserves the right to void bets placed on any market where the odds or game outcome was determined to have been materially affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or circumstances beyond ape77's reasonable control.
• Maximum Winnings: Individual game maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant game or market. ape77 reserves the right to withhold payment in excess of the stated maximum payout cap for any single game round or bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ape77 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Collusion with other Players or with casino staff to influence game outcomes or sportsbook results.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Registering more than one Account, using another person's identity, or providing false information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ape77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

ape77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set and adjusted at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session duration alerts that trigger notifications when a specified play time threshold is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible for wagering purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ape77 Platform — including but not limited to the ape77 brand name, logo, design elements, software, game content, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ape77 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of ape77.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ape77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ape77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any technical interruption, server downtime, data loss, or system error affecting game outcomes or account access.
• Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made based on information, odds, or content available on the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.

ape77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

ape77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Personal data is collected for purposes including Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. ape77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions and stores personal data on secured infrastructure. Data is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

ape77 does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary for the operation of essential Platform services (e.g., payment processing, identity verification services).

13 Amendments

ape77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ape77 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a notice published prominently on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ape77 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ape77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable law that cannot be contractually excluded or limited. ape77 acknowledges that Players accessing this Platform from Indonesia do so subject to local laws applicable to them as individuals, and ape77 makes no representation that the Platform or its content complies with Indonesian national law regarding online gambling. Players access the Platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
